safari guide. Begin your adventure with a guided Kigali City Tour, visiting some of the capital’s
most significant attractions, including the Kigali Genocide Memorial, local craft markets, art
galleries, and the vibrant Kimironko Market (optional), where you can experience Rwanda’s

After lunch, depart for Volcanoes National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 2.5 hours

After an early breakfast, transfer to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for a briefing by
experienced park rangers before beginning your once-in-a-lifetime mountain gorilla trekking
adventure.
Accompanied by expert guides, hike through the lush rainforest in search of one of the park’s
habituated gorilla families. The trek may take between two and six hours depending on the
gorillas’ location.
Once you find the gorillas, spend one magical hour observing their fascinating social
interactions, playful young, and gentle behavior in their natural habitat.
Return to your lodge for lunch and spend the remainder of the day relaxing or enjoying an
optional cultural visit to the Gorilla Guardians Village.
